Returning products
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.If you wish to return product(s) purchased from the Petworld online store:
1) Fill in the product return form on this page.
2) After receiving your return request, we will send you the address details by e-mail, where to send the product(s) back.
3) The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return is a wrong or defective product.
NB! To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the way that would be permitted for testing the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for any other purpose or show signs of use/wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
